Grow Beyond Yesterday
"Self-growth is a lifetime journey that not only enhances your life but also serves as inspiration for others."— Sheréa VéJauan

Hello Goal Setters,
Can you believe we're already halfway through the year?
July is more than another month—it's your opportunity to pause, evaluate your progress, and recommit to becoming the person you're called to be.
This month inside **The Ultimate Goals Handbook**, we're focusing on **Personal Development**.
Personal development isn't about becoming someone else. It's about becoming the best version of the person God created you to be.
The investments you make in yourself today—through reading, learning, coaching, discipline, and intentional habits—will continue paying dividends for years to come.
Let's use this month to sharpen our skills, expand our knowledge, strengthen our mindset, and continue building a life we're proud of.
Remember...
**Your greatest investment will always be the one you make in yourself.**
—Coach Sheréa
July Theme - Personal Development Goals
This month we'll focus on growing personally so we can lead better, serve better, and live better.
Growth doesn't happen accidentally.
It happens intentionally.
Coach's Corner - Halfway Through the Year...
Six months are behind you.
Six months are still ahead.
Don't spend the next six months regretting the first six.
Use what you've learned to make the second half even stronger.
Ask yourself:
* What worked?
* What didn't?
* What needs to change?
* What needs to stay the same?
Progress isn't about perfection.
It's about adjustment.
# Tip of the Month
Read Something Every Day
One chapter.
One article.
Ten pages.
Fifteen minutes.
Personal development isn't about information.
It's about transformation.
Every book you read...
Every course you complete...
Every conversation you have...
Every lesson you learn...
...adds another tool to your toolbox.
Never stop learning.

Recommended Resources
This month, ask yourself:

* What conference should I attend?
Growth happens when curiosity meets action.
# Reflection Questions
As you begin July, spend a few minutes reflecting:
1. If I become the person God is calling me to become, what will be different about my life one year from now?**
2. What new skill, habit, or mindset would have the greatest impact on my future?**
3. How will I intentionally invest in my personal growth this month?**
Closing Thoughts
The best project you'll ever work on...
is **you**.
Jobs change.
Economies change.
Technology changes.
But the investment you make in yourself can never be taken away.
As you continue through this month, don't just chase success.
Become the person who naturally attracts it.
Keep growing.
Keep learning.
Keep believing.
And remember—
Small improvements every day create remarkable results over time.
I'll be cheering you on every step of the way.
With gratitude,
Coach Sheréa VéJauan
